How fit must I be to train in Wing Chun?

Wing Chun is suitable for everybody and can be adapted to suit all levels of fitness. When employed correctly the principles of economy of motion and conservation mean that a practitioner is generally able to train for extended periods without tiring.

Training and practice will itself develop and maintain a students level of fitness. Should however anybody be extremely unfit than medical advice should be sought prior to undertaking training.
