Who can learn Wing Chun?

Wing Chun is an extremely effective and simple self-defence system that is suitable for most individuals. The system does not promote the use of force, nor require extreme flexibility or stamina, so is suitable for most people regardless of size, gender or weight.

The training does however require a calm mind and relatively mature approach to adopt the underlying principles of the system, so generally it is more suitable for people over the age of 14.
